The Tennessee Girls Basketball Report (TGBR) is the most comprehensive recruiting report for girls basketball in the state of Tennessee. It is designed with the college coach in mind. High school basketball in the state of Tennessee is at an all-time high. The competition and quality of college prospects has never been better. TGBR provides college coaches with an understanding of who the best players in the state are. It also provides college coaches with additional evaluation and informational resources to better aid them in the recruiting process. TGBR strives to make it easier for the players in Tennessee to be exposed to college recruiters. Player rankings are published twice per year (pre-season and post-season). However, updates are provided to subscribing college coaches at least four times per year.

WHAT IS TGBR?
- TGBR provides a report to assist college coaches with information and to learn about as many possible Tennessee girls basketball recruits as possible. Information and analysis is provided to help colleges determine which players they might want to look at for further evaluation.
- TGBR does not actively promote certain kids or "place" kids into colleges. We are not a recruiting service for players. There are plenty of those out there that charge players money to be exposed to colleges.
- Rankings and ratings are intended to be based on college potential and not their high school skills or accomplishments.
- A report that serves to further expose and promote the sport of girl's basketball in the state of Tennessee.
- TGBR meets the NCAA rules and regulations pursuant to NCAA 13.14.3.

RANKING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Committee is made up of:
- High school coaches from different areas of the state of Tennessee. Each coach must have taken their team to state within the last 3 years, coached at the collegiate level or coached a scholarship basketball player in the last 3 years.
- Travel/AAU coaches that have coached a team in one of the three highest levels of play at the "Battle of the Boro" or has qualified for AAU Nationals within the last 3 years.
- HS Fall League directors that have oversaw a league with at least 50 participants.
Each member selects their Top-25 seniors and Top-15 underclassmen (in rank order). Each member then has the option of listing up to 10 other seniors and 5 other underclassmen (in an equal grouping). Points will be assigned for the two grade categories based upon rankings. Underclassmen will be separated into classes for the published TGBR rankings, once points are tallied.
