Scenic City Classic
Overview:
Some of the best female travel teams  in all age groups will battle each other in the Scenic City Classic.  Chattanooga, Tennessee--one of the most beautiful cities in the  USA--will play host to a travel team tournament that will help prepare teams for the big Memorial Day Weekend tournaments the next week, as well as showcase their talents in front of college coaches.   This three-day event will play host to top-notch basketball competition, culminating in the awarding of championships to the most-deserving teams.

Locations:
Various gymnasiums located throughout the Chattanooga, TN area

Who's Eligible:
Any female traveling team.  Age divisions will be 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u, 15u, 16u division.

Team Fee & Discounts:
  • Before April 1, 2012--$200 per team
  • After April 1, 2012--$300 per team
  • Additional $25 discount per team for multiple teams from the same coach and/or program.

Fee Includes:
  • Guaranteed 3 games
  • Scorekeeper at each court
  • At least 2 officials per court
  • Quality competition
  • Top-notch organization and administration
  • Awards for each age group champion

Tournament Bracket:
Double-elimination tournament will be announced at the conclusion of pool play.

Pool Play Schedule:
Each team will play 3 pool play games.  The results of pool play will determine the tournament brackets and seedings.  Available at least 2 weeks prior to the competition weekend.

Recruiting Exposure:
  • Every college in Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina will be contacted about attending this event.
  • College coaches packets will be free, thereby allowing more schools with limited budgets to attend.  It is our intention to maximize the exposure that your players get for the purposes of being recruited now or in the future.

Rosters:
A complete roster must be completed and returned to the tournament directors two weeks prior to the start of the tournament.
