** To be guaranteed a spot in any of Hoops Plus' camps, you must submit payment no later than two weeks prior to the start of camp. If payment is not sent prior to this two week period, please make arrangements with the camp director, provided there are sports still available.

** Must pre-register two weeks prior to the start of camp in order to be guaranteed a particular t-shirt size.
** You must bring the Liability Waiver with you to camp. You cannot participate without a Liability Waiver
** Full refunds are given up to two weeks prior to camp beginning. After this period of time, only half of the registration fee will be refunded.
** Registration fee is based upon receipt of registration form (written or online) and receipt or postmark of payment.
